1. CUSTOM ORDERS
We are happy to customize orders of any size and price point. We provide baskets, gift bags and gift boxes for special occasions and events such as weddings, conferences, referral gifts and corporate gifting. Contact us to discuss your gifting needs at firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-719-3196
All baskets are shipped from Portland, Oregon.
All baskets will ship out 1-3 days after your order is placed. Shipping usually takes 1-7 days to arrive depending on location. You will receive an email with an estimated arrival date.
We ship non-perishable food baskets UPS Ground.
For baskets with perishable items included we recommend UPS Next Day Air Saver (arrives by the end of the next day) with insulated gel packs or substituting the item for a non-perishable.
Baskets with WINE included will be shipped UPS and will need to have a person 21 or older accept the package with a signature. Give Portland can ship wine to the following states: Alaska, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia and Wyoming.
Baskets containing BEER are for LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICK UP ONLY. Due to state laws, BEER CANNOT BE SHIPPED.
3. LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICK UP OPTIONS
We hand deliver to the Portland Metropolitan area and some surrounding cities.
At check out, you can choose one of two options: Portland Metro Area or Neighboring Cities.
The delivery fee for Portland Metro area is $16. This includes close in - inner quadrants of N, NE, NW, SE, SW.
The delivery fee to neighboring cities such as Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Gresham, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Milwaukie, Oregon City and Vancouver, WA are $22.
If you don't know which of these areas your recipient lives in, feel free to call and ask.
We will send you an email confirming the date of the scheduled delivery. We contact the recipient directly to arrange the delivery.
Unless otherwise requested, packages will be delivered 1-3 days after your order is placed.
Deliveries with alcoholic beverages included will need to be received by someone 21 years or older with valid ID.
You are welcome to come and pick up your order. You can choose this option at check out. We will email you for an appointment date and time.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Due to the nature of small scale artisan production of goods, there may be an occasion where certain artisan products are not available. If this occurs, the item will be replaced with another product of equal or greater value and similar style (a sweet replaced by another sweet). Thank you in advance for your understanding!
5. SENDING MULTIPLE BASKETS
To send multiple baskets to different addresses, you will need to create separate orders for each address. For your convenience you may also call 503-719-3196 or email us at email@example.com to order.
