1. CUSTOM ORDERS
We are happy to customize orders. We provide baskets, gift bags, tote bags and gift boxes for special occasions and events such as Corporate Gifting and talent acquisition, weddings, conferences and referral gifts.  Contact us to discuss your gifting needs or feel free to call us at 503-680-0095.

2.  SHIPPING

1. All orders will ship 1-5 days after your order is placed. Shipping takes 1-7 days to arrive after the order is shipped, depending on location. You will receive an email with an estimated arrival date and another email when the basket arrives or is delivered to the recipient’s location. When Shipping is Included it is within the Continental US.

2. We ship orders via UPS Ground which doesn’t require a signature to leave boxes. If you want to add “Signature Required” to your order, go to “Add Ons” at the bottom of the page. WE AREN’T RESPONSIBLE IF PACKAGES ARE STOLEN FROM PORCHES/LOBBY.

4. Gifts with WINE included will be shipped UPS and will need to have a person 21 or older accept the package. Give Portland can ONLY ship wine within Oregon.

5. Gifts containing BEER are for LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICK UP ONLY. Due to state laws, BEER CANNOT BE SHIPPED.

6. If a gift is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address on the order, additional fees will be required to resend it.

3. LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICK UP OPTIONS

Unless otherwise requested, packages will be delivered 1-5 days after your order is placed.

We hand deliver to the Portland Metropolitan area and most surrounding cities using a hybrid vehicle.

You will receive an email confirming the delivery has been completed. We contact the recipient directly to arrange the delivery.

Deliveries with alcoholic beverages included will need to be received by someone 21 years or older with valid ID.

You are welcome to come and pick up your order from our location in Southwest Portland. You can choose the PICK UP option during the check out process, when asked about shipping/delivery/pick up option. We will email you for an appointment date and time.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Due to the nature of small scale artisan production of goods, there may be an occasion where certain artisan products are not available. If this occurs, the item will be replaced with another product of equal or greater value and similar style (a sweet replaced by another sweet). In the heat of the summer, chocolates and confections in baskets that are shipped will be substituted with items that don’t melt. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

 5. SUSTAINABILITY

We are always working on ways that we can be more sustainable. The original concept of the business was to support the local economy and reduce our carbon footprint by selecting only local products. This requires less shipping and waste in gathering inventory. We also hand deliver baskets using a hybrid vehicle. We use 100% recycled paper, paper packaging, natural adhesive paper tape, paper fill, and shipping labels in the shipments of baskets and boxes. There aren’t perfect solutions yet, but we are trying to be conscious of all of our impacts and make as many improvements as we can!

6. SENDING MULTIPLE GIFTS
To send multiple gifts to different addresses, you will need to either create separate orders for EACH box/basket OR email us to obtain an Excel spreadsheet template. For your convenience you may also call 503-680-0095 or contact us to order.

Once received, if there is a defective or broken item in your order please contact us .
